if on your computer do not have the program WinRAR, you must first install it, then you can then open the folder and use mannequins in any paint program

well...for drawing you can use any program...but the best for drawing winx club is Paint tool SAI,and photoshop....first you need to draw sketch on your paper(that will do a lot of practice) and than picture your sketch,or skan it and than you work on your computer...you don't need to have any program to upload pictures,you can do that on this site.... :)
